Visiting the Farm

Is there someone to help arrange our flowers when we visit?

U-Picks are self-serve and the fields are unmanned during U-Pick hours. There may be people working in the field, however, they are typically working on other harvest and unavailable for helping with arrangements! This is the perfect time to trust your creativity and arrange however feels best to you!

Where do we park?

Please park in the grass or along the driveway near the True Blue Flower Co. sign by the rocks near the highway and enter the the small walk through gate behind the same sign.

Can we visit without purchasing a bouquet?

Yes! You are more than welcome to stop for a picnic or stroll through the fields without purchasing. You are also welcome to use the field for photography. If you do use the fields, we ask you to take your garbage with you upon leaving and not to disrupt other customers. DURING UPICK HOURS ONLY.

How do we know what is in bloom before we visit?

We do not have a list of what is in bloom or how many flowers will be in bloom when you visit. U-Pick flowers are available first come first serve.

Are children welcome?

Yes!! We love giving kids a place to run through fields of flowers! Kid sized U-Pick jars are available as well as safety scissors. The fields are fenced as well.

Can we smoke or bring pets?

Please do not smoke or bring pets besides service animals to the fields!

Are the fields handicap accessible?

Entrances and rows are large enough for wheelchairs and strollers to access however it should be noted that there are several grassy slopes to go up to get to the field and to pick flowers.

Where are you located?

We are located at 35191 Co. Hwy 4 Frazee MN between Camp Cherith Road and Spanky’s Stone Hearth. You will pull into the U shaped driveway of a white house. Please park by the rocks and True Blue Flower Co. sign near the road.

What amenities are at the flower fields?

The fields have seating and tables for 15 throughout the flower field and seating for 10 inside the small onsite flower workshop. The seating inside the flower cottage can be used if the cottage is not in use for flower production. the flower cottage cannot be reserved.

There is a portapotty and hand sanitizer - unfortunately the porta potty is not handicap accessible. There is not potable water on site.

Can we bring our own vase?

Jars are provided to take your U-Pick flowers home in however if you would like to bring your own vase, there is a pitcher provided to measure out the amount of flowers that can count as one U-Pick. If your vase takes more than what our pitcher hold, we ask you to purchase another U-Pick or a bulk pail instead.

Services

Do you do florals for weddings and events?

No we do not. Because we grow everything on farm we are at the mercy of nature and cannot guarantee availability of flowers in advance.

Can we hire you to do a private workshop?

As much as we love doing workshops we are unable to take on any additional projects right now!

Do you offer custom arrangements or delivery?

We do not offer custom arrangements. We have bouquets available weekly for pickup weekly in the farm stand during the flower season. The stand is unmanned so bouquets are unable to be reserved.

Can we rent out the flower field for an event?

You are welcome to use the flower fields for an event, however the fields cannot be reserved or close for a private event. U-Picks will remain open to the public as a public park would - however you are welcome to utilize them for a gathering. We ask you notify us of your intentions.
