True Blue Flower Co's Sunday Sunrise yoga is a space where everybody can feel welcomed, encouraged, and supported on the mat. Our instructors work to tap into all of your senses during practice so you leave the mat feeling completely enlightened. All levels are welcomed.

Classes begin at 9am on the grass among the True Blue Flower rows. Classes include an hour session and the opportunity to pick your own petite bouquet. All you need is a mat.
