True Blue Flower Co's Sunday Sunrise yoga is led by Kari Hardmeyer, a sound healer and Reiki Master who specializes in creating a space where everybody feels welcomed, encouraged, and supported on the mat. Kari taps into all of your senses during her practice so you leave the mat feeling completely enlightened. All levels are welcomed.

Classes begin at 9:30 am on the grass among the True Blue Flower rows. Classes include an hour session and a petite U-Pick flower bouquet. All you need is a mat and towel.
