True Blue Flower Co. is a cut flower farm near Vergas Minnesota that offers U-Picks, farm stand bouquets, Yoga Among the Blooms, workshops and casual space to hold your gatherings.

As a subscription member you will receive a bouquet of flowers grown in the True Blue Flower fields every from June to September delivered to your doorstep or pickup spot.

The True Blue Flower Field is open for self-serve U-Pick bouquets daily sun up to sun down during the growing season. You are welcome to come pick at your leisure - no appointment needed.

The Farm Stand is a self-serve stand offering fresh cut bouquets. The flowers are picked from the field, arranged, and brought down to the Farm Stand.True Blue roadside Flower Stand is unmanned and self serve open during the growing season Farm Stand payments can be made with cash using the cashbox, Venmo (@trueblueflowerco).

The True Blue Flower fields can be used for small gathering during standard U-Pick hours on a first come first serve basis.
The fields remain open for U-Picks but you are welcome to utilize the space for your casual gathering.
There is seating for 10 inside the flower cottage and seating for 12-15 outside.

Yoga Among the Blooms is held at the flower field during the summer months on Sundays at 9:30-10:30 July - Labor Day. Check event schedule for more details.

A variety of workshops are held at the flower field through out the season. Classes range from seed starting and floral arranging to flower pressing and painting. Check our events page for more details.

The True Blue Flower Field can be used for professional photography when the fields are open for U-Picks at no cost. However we do ask that you do not disturb others using the field. And as always we would love to see the photos you capture!
Early Season.
April - June the fields are open variable hours according to the growing season. The farm stand will be stocked as flowers become available and U-Picks will open for short periods of time as tulips and peonies bloom.
Peak Season.
July - Labor Day the fields are open daily for U-Picks and the farm stand is stocked weekly unless otherwise noted. Yoga Among the Blooms is held Sunday mornings and events are welcome at the field.
Late Season.
September -Mid October the fields are open for U-Picks and events according to flower availability. Watch the schedule to keep up to date on season changes.

In the winter of 2020 an hill in a hay field overlooking Fairy Lake the idea of True Blue Flower Co. bloomed in Bayleigh Lautenschlager’s mind.
Always feeling like more than “just the flowers” True Blue Flower Co. has become an ode to local community, intentional agriculture, and connection to nature that can only be fostered through access to open green space.
There is a deep healing that comes from tuning into something bigger than yourself. For me this has always come from the repeated refrains of nature. It wasn’t until I moved away from my family farm that I realized how lucky I was to have free access to green space growing up. Moving back brought a deep desire to not only to replicate the childhood on a family farm for my kids, but to also give others access to a little piece of that as well.
True Blue Flower Co. is open for self - serve U-Picks daily during peak season because Bayleigh believes in the huge impact a free space in nature can provide.
